They’ve suspended rookie safety Matt Carrethers for the rest of the season with a groin injury and placed defensive tackle David Wilson on injured reserve.
They also placed tight end Zach Ertz on injured reserved for the first time in his career.
They’ll also miss free safety Antrel Rolle, wide receiver Michael Crabtree, center Ryan Nassib and linebacker Matt Giordano.
New York’s offensive line and running backs have combined for three sacks and two interceptions in four games.
